Women come to me to elevate their experience of motherhood and overcome overwhelm, so they can thrive in both their family and professional lives.
Because this season in your life is one of the steepest learning curves - and deepest opportunities for transformation.
For over nine years i’ve served the hearts and minds of women through the Nourishing The Mother podcast ~ born out of a love of parenting, and healing from pregnancy loss, to become a welcome ‘best friend’ to mothers across the globe yearning for community and connection.
Before supporting mothers I was traversing the worlds of Corporate communications and my own Events company and it was through growing my family that I recognised how ‘stretched thin’ we are conditioned to be as women, and set out to navigate a more authentic path.
I hold a Bachelor of Communications focused in media, journalism and sociology, and many years of self-study and facilitation in human behaviour and neurobiology. I am also a Certified Practitioner of Motherhood Studies by Sociologist, Dr Sophie Brock.
I live with my husband, our three children, two dogs, and our backyard chickens, by the beach.
