MODULE 2 - THE STRUCTURE

It’s quite the paradox to recognise that it is through structure, we can find freedom. By ‘structure’ I don’t mean rigid rules or systems, but rather, learning to create soft structures to support ourselves, so that we can more ease-fully thrive, and help our families do so too. What the mind can make ‘safe’, the more the body is able to ‘be here’ with. This is finding flow, and being able to hold the chaos of our child’s dysregulated states that is free from shame and blame.
